Life science and biotech trio announce move into Oxfordshire’s largest co-working and flexible office space

Milton Park has announced a trio of life science biotechs, PhysiomicsOutrun Therapeutics and Oxehealth, as the latest occupiers to move into Bee House.

Oxehealth, a global leader in contactless patient monitoring for inpatient mental health, has moved into three offices and two lettable stores, alongside Physiomics, a leading quantitative pharmacology and biostatistics consultancy supporting biotech and pharma accelerate and derisk their drug development programmes. The companies are also joined by Outrun Therapeutics, a preclinical biotech seeking to unlock the therapeutic potential of protein stabilisation for the treatment of cancer and other diseases.

They join a diverse cluster benefitting from Bee House’s dynamic environment, which includes M3, a global leader in digital healthcare solutions, green hydrogen innovators Electrogenos, and OBN, a membership organisation supporting and connecting the UK’s life sciences sector.

The flexible spaces accommodate businesses of all sizes, varying from co-working memberships for freelancers in the Honeycomb, to private offices ranging from 97 to 2,574 sq ft. There is space for start-up entrepreneurs to hot desk, with room to grow into larger dedicated offices for established companies.

“We have settled in quickly to our new home at Bee House following our move. It’s a decision which has given our team the ability to enjoy the range of amenities on offer whilst providing the company with plenty of space to grow. We were originally drawn to Milton Park because of its well-connected location, both in terms of transport links, but also in its proximity to world-class academic and industry talent. Bee House is ideally located within that wider mix. It gives us the ability to benefit from the facilities on-site such as the Hive Café, alongside the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded companies across the Park. Crucially, it provides us with the flexible space we need to capitalise on future growth.” – Mike Wiggins, Head of Operations at Oxehealth
